Hannah qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2002. Since then she has worked in the NHS and in Private Practice in a number of different settings largely within adult mental health. Over the years Hannah has developed a specialist interest in working with complex trauma. She likes to be innovative and try new creative ways to work with EMDR such as developing therapy groups and working intensively with clients.
Hannah began her EMDR training in 2005. Hannah has continuously grown and developed her EMDR Practice, becoming an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner, an EMDR Consultant Supervisor and an EMDR Europe facilitator.
Hannah describes herself as being continuously amazed by the positive impact that EMDR therapy can have on clients. It is a sad fact that many people in this world are troubled by past traumas that prevent them from living life in the here and now to the best of their ability. She believes there is a massive need in society for EMDR therapists. She has therefore developed passion in helping other therapist grow and develop their EMDR skills through supporting the EMDR training. Her aim is always to help trainees develop a clear understanding of EMDR and develop great practical skills on how it works. Hannah aims to support trainees in a caring and compassionate way and through this she aims to help therapists to be the best they can be and therefore have an amazing impact upon improving the quality of life of the clients they work with
