EMDR Consultants-in-Training are experienced and accredited EMDR practitioners who are now working towards becoming an EMDR Europe Consultant. Such supervisors may offer reduced cost EMDR supervision sessions whilst they are completing their consultant training. Although, the hours of supervision they provide cannot count towards your own EMDR practitioner accreditation requirements, they can provide invaluable support for those clinicians new to EMDR therapy.
Accredited Practitioners are therapists who have been supervised in their EMDR practice beyond the basic training and demonstrated their competence to an EMDR Consultant.
EMDR Therapists have completed all parts of an accredited EMDR foundation training and they use EMDR therapy alongside their core professional skills.
EMDR Therapists in training are accredited with one of the professional associations deemed acceptable by EMDR Europe. They are currently completing the training components of an EMDR accredited training course. Such therapists may offer reduced cost EMDR sessions whilst they are completing their training.
